Let your supporters or partners pay you directly for things that are technically not a donation, but in exchange for good or services. Those giving amounts will match into your CRM differently than a donation opportunity and the payouts will be treated differently when sent to your accounting software. Total amounts given won't roll up into your donor's statements, and receipting is treated differently.
